Artisan Food Court
FOOD SPONSORS
We’d like to thank the following companies for donating their products and time to this year’s Festival.
CASS CATERING
Chef Jacob Lovejoy returns again this year bringing his signature tacos (2 for $5) back to the Grand Tasting. Cass is also graciously providing the VIP Box Lunch. They not only cater at their winery, which is just up the road from Windfall Farms, but are available for birthdays, weddings and any other special occasion. Their onsite cafe is open seven days a week from 11-5. They are big supporters of the Festival and we’re thrilled they are back once again.
FIRESTONE WALKER BREWING
It take a lot of beer to make great wine, so we’re thrilled to have Firestone Walker back as the official beverage sponsor of our After Party and Winemaker Symposium. They are keeping it local as well, providing thirsty winemakers and attendees with a taste of their 805 Blonde Ale, available only in the 805 area code. It doesn’t get fresher than that.
FOOD VENDORS
We are thrilled to have the following local, artisan food vendors participating in this year’s Festival. They will be providing samples of their hand-crafted products and offering some items for sale.
ALLE-PIA SALAMI
For nearly two decades, Chef/Owner Antonio Varia has delighted residents and visitors with his inventive Northern Italian cuisine in his Buona Tavola (meaning “good table”) restaurants in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.
His latest venture is making handmade artisan salami and sausage using all natural ingredients of the highest quality with no hormones, antibiotics or nitrates.

Each small batch of our Alle-Pia products is created with love and requires careful supervision and timing to ensure the perfect taste and consistency.
All products are locally sourced when possible, USDA inspected and approved. Enjoy handcrafted goodness and old world flavor.
Our name Alle-Pia was chosen as a tribute to Chef Varia’s mother, Maria Pia Allesina.
CHAPARRAL GARDENS
Chaparral Gardens is 20 acres of natural landscape along with a 2 acres organic farm. Their wonderful micro climate, in California Central Coast, allows them to grow a wide variety of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Chaparral Gardens Artisan Vinegars start with hand selected, hand picked fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on their organic farm.
The fruits and herbs are placed in small vats along with an organic Kosher base vinegar. Then they add the “Mother” developed from the original batches. The infusion is taken through a “mild” fermentation process that takes several months to complete. Two more secret steps are taken to ensure the flavors are locked in. Time and patience are the key to success. All work is done by hand, from pulling weeds to hand labeling.
DARK NECTAR COFFEE
Our goal is to provide a luxurious experience for each person’s morning coffee drinking ritual at daily drinker prices. We roast the coffee beans right in our shop in front of you so you know your coffee is fresh. And the different roasting levels will result in even more tasting experiences for you to savor. We want to turn wine connoisseurs into coffee connoisseurs so that people will look forward to their morning coffee like they do their evening glass of wine.

LIMEROCK ORCHARDS
Limerock Orchards is a small, family owned walnut farm located in the hills of western Paso Robles. Each autumn our family hand harvests our exceptional walnuts to make gourmet walnut oil that is wonderfully aromatic and bursting with a delicate, toasty flavor. By carefully roasting the walnuts before pressing, their full flavor is preserved in every ounce along with healthy omega 3 fatty acids and natural antioxidants.
Named for the orchard’s rich, limestone-like soil, our trees have been quietly producing extraordinarily delicious walnuts for more than 40 years. Their secret is the ages-old technique of dry farming, an irrigation-free method with smaller yields in exchange for a crop of undeniably flavorful walnuts – all grown with nothing but rain and sunshine. Limerock Orchards is also home to culinary delights like candied walnuts, chocolate walnuts and limited edition flavors inspired with the seasons.

NEGRANTI DAIRY
Negranti Dairy is a small, family owned and operated sheep dairy located in the heart of California’s Central Coast wine country. At the dairy they focus on providing their customers with all-natural sheep milk ice cream that has been made with real, local, sustainable ingredients. The sheep at Negranti Dairy & Creamery are never injected with hormones to increase production. Their ewes roam the ranch and graze on grasses year-round. They provide grain and supplemental alfalfa during the milking season to ensure the ewes receive proper nutrition.
The sheep are a Northern European breed called East Friesian. The breed is known for being one of the best milk producing sheep in the world. Using the milk from her sheep and all natural cane sugar, owner Alexis Negranti creates every recipe herself. To the simple base she carefully selects fresh produce, herbs or flavors (often from the local farmer’s markets) to create a clean, simple, luscious ice cream. The nutty, sweet-grassy notes of the sheep milk, blended with fresh, in-season ingredients makes for the perfect treat. A perfect treat that you can feel good about eating because you know it’s all real and right off the farm.
