ALL EVENTS TO BE HELD AT THE

VETERANS’ MEMORIAL HALL

1745 Mission Drive, Solvang, CA

FRIDAY, MARCH 27th:

WINEMAKER SYMPOSIUM: 5:00-6:30pm – $15

Symposium Topic: “Happy Yeast Make Better Wine: How advanced concepts in yeast nutrition have created a new paradigm of fermentation health.” Matt Brain, Cal Poly professor and winemaker/owner of renowned Baker and Brian Wines, will lead us through an examination of the primary fermentation process. This will be great for professional winemakers, amateurs, and committed consumers alike.

“NO REPEATS” WINEMAKER MIXER: 7:00-9:30pm – $30

Our “No Repeats: Rare & Reserve” theme will showcase extremely limited Club Only, Library and Pre-Release bottles – perhaps even some barrel samples – that truly showcase what micro-production winemaking is all about. Almost all of the wines being poured are from under 100 case lots, some as small as 25. This event is like digging for diamonds with an earth mover. You are guaranteed to find more than a few gems!
